My dear, wonderful, beautiful friend:
I'm sorry that you're hurting so much right now. This is so incredibly hard and painful, and I wish you didn't have to go through it. If I could change it, I would in a heartbeat. But the truth is that there isn't a way to under, skip, or speed up this part—you have to go through it. The truth also is that it will get better—not immediately, and probably not as quickly as you'd like, but it won't always be like this.
Some more truths: You don't have to do it alone. There are so many of us who care about you, and want to help however we can. Use us. Also, it's OK to be sad. It's OK to be angry. It's OK to be confused. It's OK to feel a mix of all of these things and more. It's OK to take some (or a lot) of time and find your footing again, one step at a time. You are not broken.
