What Resilience Looks Like Zine

SKU: ZN-114

$8

We’re often told that resilience means bouncing back quickly—picking ourselves up and carrying on as if nothing happened. But real resilience is quieter, messier, and much more human.

This mini zine reframes resilience as the everyday acts that help us get through hard moments: asking for help, letting ourselves feel things deeply, crying, and resting. Through gentle illustrations and thoughtful reflections, it’s a reminder that resilience isn’t about being unbreakable—it’s about being open and kind to yourself as you change.

Measuring 4.25" x 2.75", this zine is easy to tuck into a bag, keep by your bedside, or gift to someone who could use reassurance that they’re doing better than they think.

- Size: 4.25" x 2.75"
- Printed on sturdy cardstock
- 8 pages

Kwohtations is proudly a woman-owned and AAPI-owned small business, and inclusivity is at the core of everything we create.

A Valuable Reminder

As someone who grew up as a total people pleaser, "Ways to Say No Zine" is invaluable. I keep it on my fridge flipped open to a random page and always find wisdom from it.

Fabulous little book to fit in a purse! I’ve given 5 away as gifts to friends & family. I just received 5 more to keep on hand! Very helpful for those who have trouble saying no. Now I can say No!

The perfect help in saying no

I picked this up at a local shop, and this zine is front and center on my desk! It's great for service-oriented people who struggle to say no, and find themselves burdened with too much on their plate.

Wish everyone had a copy of this!

I absolutely love Kwohtations products! I've been a big fan for a few years now when I first saw their card "Acceptable times and places to cry." :) I work in public education and this "On Belonging" manifesto is such a great gift and much-needed reminder for people of all ages (e.g., students, families, teachers, etc.) that we are responsible for each other and all deserve a sense of belonging.
