Sometimes when I'm feeling depressed, I'm at a loss for what to do and just want to go to sleep so I don't have to deal with the day. I came up with a list of some things to do for mental wellness, instead of going straight back to bed. Sometimes they help me and sometimes they don't, but sharing these in case it's helpful, from one human to another.

    These are perfect

    USE THE STICKERS - I’m totally guilty of being a “save all the preciouses” kind of person, but these stickers are so perfect, I’m using them every day in my planner!! They bring that extra pop of joy to my to-do list (even when I don’t finish everything, they remind me it’s ok!)
